The majority of new systems fitted in domestic houses are now combination boilers, giving the benefit of constant, instant hot water. These systems get rid of roof tanks, and hot water storage tanks which is ideal as space in the home is at a premium.

Two other types of space saving heating:Skirting board heating and under floor heating.
Both are very efficient ways of heating the home, the later is ideal in new buildings.We suply, maintain and fit all typea of central heating

What an annual boiler service involves:
Checking the condition of the boiler and the gas pressure.
Undertake a gas burner test rating to make sure the boiler is working at its most efficient.
Undertake a gas soundness test to make sure there are no gas leaks.
Bleed radiators, check the valves in the airing cupboard and check the pump.
Of course your boiler must be working for us to service. It is preferable, but not necessary for the boiler to have been turned off for a little while before we arrive to cary out the servicing .
